How do I access my third-party access codes after purchase?
Your third-party access codes and instructions for accessing your product will be available on your myPearsonStore Account page, under the "Digital Purchases" section. You must be logged in to myPearsonStore to access your Account page.

What is CourseConnect Flash?
CourseConnect Flash products are handy study guides that you can be used to study up on your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad. How do I access my CourseConnect Flash product after purchase?
After purchase, CourseConnect Flash codes will be generated and sent to the email address you provide in your order. CourseConnect Flash codes require a minimum of 24-48 business hours to be generated and sent. If you have not received your code within 48 business hours, please submit a ticket at the PLS Helpdesk.
The CourseConnect Flash App is available for download in the iTunes App store.

What is eBook (Watermarked)?
eBook (Watermarked) products include ePub, MOBI and PDF formats, all of which are accessible from your Account page after purchase.

Your files will be accessible from your Account page, under the "Digital Purchases" section. You must be logged in to myPearsonStore to access your Account page.

What is an Inkling Digital Textbook?
Inkling titles are interactive eTextbooks built to take full advantage of iPad’s capabilities. Inkling textbooks include quizzes, video and images, 3D images, embedded links, shared notes and other great features. How do I access my Inkling product after purchase?
After purchase, Inkling products will be added to your Inkling account within approximately 24 hours.

What is Learning Studio?
Learning Studio products are self-paced, online courses. Learning Studio courses include access to online tutoring support and expert, academic advisors, and course credits can be transferred into a network of over 1,800 colleges.
How do I access my Learning Studio product after purchase?
Once you have purchased a Learning Studio product from myPearsonStore, you will receive two emails. The second e-mail will contain instructions on how to access your product. If you don't receive your email within 12 hours after purchasing your Learning Studio product, please check your spam folder or contact Customer Service.
Please Note: Orders for Learning Studio products may be canceled for a full refund for up to 24 hours after purchase.

If you have technical problems with your courseware or the learning management system, you will have the Learning Studio Technical support available. What is Pearson Tutor Services?
Pearson Tutor Services offers one-on-one tutoring sessions with expert academic advisors. Tutoring is available in multiple topic areas, including writing, math, and IT.
How do I access my Tutor Services product after purchase?
Once you purchase a Tutor Services product, an access code will be added to your myPearsonStore account page. Go to pearsontutor.com to register with the site, enter your code and access your tutoring time.
