How do I access my digital access codes after purchase?

Your eTextbook digital access code and instructions for accessing your eTextbook product will be available on your myPearsonStore Account page after purchase. You must be logged in to myPearsonStore to access your Account page. If your eTextbook product access code is not available on your myPearsonStore Account page, please contact pearsonstorecs@pearsoned.com for assistance.

What is an eTextbook product (VitalSource)?

eTextbook products from VitalSource are digital versions of textbooks. eTextbooks allow you to switch between studying online or offline to suit your needs. You can access your course materials on iPad, Android and Kindle devices with VitalSource Bookshelf textbook e-reader.

How do I access my eTextbook product after purchase?

Your eTextbook digital access code and instructions for accessing your eTextbook product will be available on your myPearsonStore Account page after purchase. You must be logged in to myPearsonStore to access your Account page. If your eTextbook product access code is not available on your myPearsonStore Account page, please contact pearsonstorecs@pearsoned.com for assistance.

Propero

What is Propero?

Propero products are self-paced, online courses accessed through Learning Studio. Propero courses include access to online tutoring support and expert, academic advisors, and course credits can be transferred into a network of over 1,800 colleges.

How do I access my Propero product after purchase?

Once you have purchased a Propero product from myPearsonStore, you will receive two emails. The second e-mail will contain instructions on how to access your product. If you don't receive your email within 12 hours after purchasing your Propero product, please check your spam folder or contact Customer Service.

Please Note: Orders for Propero products may be canceled for a full refund for up to 24 hours after purchase.

Who do I contact for technical and account support issues with Propero products?

If you have technical problems with your courseware or the learning management system, you will have technical support available through Learning Studio. For technical support assistance, you can speak or chat with a technician by going to http://propero.echelp.org/

Digital product returns policy

eBooks, digital audio, digital videos or other digital goods may not be returned for a refund. We do not offer a refund policy because it is impossible to return a digital good.
